Founded in 2015 with a simple mission—to provide homebuyers and sellers with the absolute truth about their properties—Manning Home Inspections has grown to become the Mid-South's most trusted inspection firm.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, we've seen it all. From historic homes in Memphis to brand new construction in Olive Branch, our deep understanding of building science and local construction practices allows us to spot issues that others miss.

A Christian business owner, Trey donates a percentage of every inspection's proceeds to charity. He also volunteers his time and personal aircraft to transport patients for Flights for a Cause, a non-profit organization — at no charge to the patient.

A licensed Mississippi residential builder with multiple industry certifications, Trey's construction knowledge gives him a uniquely deep understanding of how homes are built — and where problems tend to hide.

Trey Manning's career in public service began in 1994 — a calling rooted in his genuine desire to help people during their most vulnerable moments. Serving the community across more than three decades, he has dedicated his life to protecting and assisting others in various public service roles.

Along the way, Trey pursued his passion for aviation, earning multiple airplane and helicopter ratings and accumulating over 5,000 hours of flight time. Today, he continues his mission of service as a reserve police pilot and by volunteering his time and aircraft for Flights for a Cause, a non-profit organization that helps those in need.
