1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services

Manning Home Inspections provides residential and commercial property inspection services. The scope of each inspection is defined by our standard inspection agreement, which must be signed prior to the commencement of any inspection services.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to the release of the inspection report. We accept Cash app, credit card, cash, check, venmo, or paypal. We do not accept payments at closing day.

4. Limitations of Liability

Our inspections are visual in nature and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any kind. We are not liable for any hidden defects or issues that arise after the inspection is completed.
